He's a graduate of both BCIT (Broadcast Journalism) and SFU (double major Political Science/History).

After 20 years of living in Alberta, Ted Andrew moved from his small town of Youngstown (halfway between Calgary and Saskatoon) to join the Vista Radio team.

Ted completed his Broadcasting Journalism Diploma at Lethbridge College this spring and is ready and willing to report the news for Northern BC.

While growing up on a farm, Ted was always interested in what was happening. Whether it was in town, the province, the country or half way around the world. He’s always been interested in the news and talking with people about issues.

While in college, Ted better understood the media’s role in society and developed a drive to get information to the public. He hopes to do that here in Northern BC.

When Ted is not working, he enjoys hitting the gym, reading (whatever tickles his fancy) listening to the radio (just can’t get enough of it) and watching TV shows (West Wing, Glee and Big Bang Theory particularly).

Ted welcomes any news tips or story ideas and can be reached by calling 250 564 2524 or by email: tandrew@vistaradio.ca. Twitter @tedandrew1.

A native of Richmond, Jeff has returned to Northern B.C. following stints in Castlegar, Terrace, and two stops on the prairies in Edmonton and Saskatoon.

A BCIT Broadcast Journalism graduate, Jeff is a political and history buff, and an avid sports fan sticking by the Canucks and Lions even when they make it oh-so-hard to do so.

Jeff loves to travel as evidenced by his many moves over the last few years, but he's thrilled to now call Prince George home.

Jeff welcomes any news tips or story ideas and can be reached via email at jsargeant@vistaradio.ca or by calling 250-564-2524. Jeff can also be found on Twitter @jeffthesarge.

Julie was born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

In 2008, she graduated from the Western Academy Broadcasting College, and went on to work for the news team in North Battleford, Saskatchewan for 3 and-a-half years.

In August of 2011, her husband accepted a new job in Prince George, and she moved to B.C. in September.
6 months later she joined the news team at Vista Radio.

In her spare time she enjoys listening to and playing music, golfing, and watching hockey and football games. She cheers on the Vancouver Canucks, and of course the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

Julie welcomes any news tips or story ideas and can be reached via email at joconnor@vistaradio.ca or by calling 250-564-2524. Julie can also be found on Twitter @JulieOConnor89.
