Reduce Re-Use Recycle...Not So Easy Here In PG
I love Prince George, but one thing that really bothers me is that everyone is on this kick to make the world "a better place" and something that should be so convenient is not here...RECYCLING. I have a bunch of recyclable stuff at my house and I called the city and was told I had to either pay approx $30 to have it picked up a month, or bring it to a recycle depot myself. Not making things easy for the residents here. In Ontario, Recyclables are picked up once a week and with the population in PG it should be here as well. It's Easy to give the 3R's "Rock Radio Rules", it should be just as easy for the other 3..."Reduce Re-Use Recycle". |
