ROAD TO THE ROAR

From November 10 to 14, 2009, Prince George will host the most important curling event in the past 4 years, The Road to the Roar.

Twenty-four of Canada’s top teams - 12 mens and 12 womens - will compete for just 8 qualifying spots. Four Teams of each gender will move on to Edmonton 3 weeks later for the Tim Hortons Roar of the Rings.

From there...just one men’s team and one women’s team will walk away with the maple leaf on the back of their jackets and go on to represent Canada in February 2010, on the greatest sports stage in the world.
