Its a New Rock Wednesday here on 94X! We added a massive block of new songs to the X Playlist. A total of 6 new tracks will be making their debut all week long on 94Xposed! 2 of them get their first spin today! We kick off the show with a brand new single from our Vancouver buddies, Krome! The guys scored an awesome duet for their new release as Care Failure, the lead singer of Juno Monimated rock group, Die Mannequin, has agreed to to appear on the latest single from Krome's Album Kronic Rock! Slash has been asked a million times about his thoughts of a Guns N' Roses reunion with all the original members — he and Axl Rose have not been on good terms for many years — but when a reporter put it to him in a different way, Slash was taken by surprise: What if Axl called your cell tomorrow morning and apologized for everything and promised to do whatever it takes to make a reunion work? "All things considered, that would be a call I would be surprised to get," Slash said. "If that really happened, I would have to clean out my junk drawer, too, but I don't see it happening. But if it did happen, I would do whatever it takes to at least have a conversation about it."

Despite indications that 2011 would bring a long-awaited 7th album from The White Stripes, this morning Jack & Meg White announced that the band has "officially ended and will make no further new recordings or perform live." They go on to explain that they are not splitting up due to artistic differences or health problems, but onlly because they want to preserve what the White Stripes were able to accomplish without tarnishing its image with new music that doesn't connect to the original artistic direction. Bad Taste Records has announced that DANKO JONES have officially wrapped filming of the third and final installment for the Below The Belt music video trilogy. 'I Think Bad Thoughts' marks the return of an all-star cast that had been previously featured in both of the epic 'Full of Regret' and 'Had Enough' videos. The video starring Elijah Wood, Ralph Macchio, Jena Malone, Mike Watt, Frank Drank, Laura Margolis and Art Hsu will be officially released later this month. The band is currently on the road in Canada selling out venues across the country and will be announcing US tour dates soon. As soon as I receive the third video in the trilogy I will post all three for your viewing pleasure!

Wednesdays are all about debuting brand new rock here on 94Xposed! I kicked off the show with a cool new ballad from the Vancouver Boys, Krome. And Ill finish off the show with another Canadian group that caught our attention this past summer. Jonas And The Massive Attraction released their album Big Slice back in June and the lead single was poipular enough to have a top 5 showing on the Canadian rock charts. They are hoping to do it again with a wicked new single called Seize the Day. Brand new rock on 94Xposed! Tune in tomorrow and Friday to 94Xposed as I debut 4 more rock tracks to finish off the week!
