There’s an uproar in Kentucky and it’s not so much about the “Uproar Tour” as it is one candidate running afoul of some top rock bands.  In Campbell County, Jim Daley attempted to disparage his opponent Steve Franzen with a flier stating that Franzen had made a living defending criminals with child pornography, drug trafficking, assaults on police officers and others.  But to drive home the point, he posted pictures of the lawyer with photos of members of Disturbed, Stone Sour, and Avenged Sevenfold – all acts from the Uproar Festival.  Franzen says he assumes his opponent had gotten permission to use the images of the rockers, but Disturbed’s David Draiman tells MTV News that was not the case.  Disturbed also filed a cease-and-desist order against Daley, requesting that all remaining copies of the fliers be destroyed.

Since dancing shows are all the rage on tv these days (for some reason), I guess every country has at least one. England is no different – they have "Strictly Come Dancing" – which follows the same format as the U.S. show, "Dancing With The Stars." On what was billed as a special Halloween edition of the program's 'results' show, Alice Cooper was there to play his classic, "Poison," while dancers paraded around in front of the band.  It sounds crazy, but there's video to prove it – and as weird as the whole thing is, there is an upside: it means neither you nor I had to sit through the whole show to see it.

In support of their brand new album Comes and Goes, Default will head out on tour with Hinder starting in mid-November for a tour that runs through late December. With mostly east coast and central dates, the tour will make 18 stops before it wraps up in Oklahoma City on December 17th. It was also just announced today that the band have a top ten single in the UK with All Over Me! Congrats to our Vancouver buddies for gaining some international attention!!!

I have a confession to make today....... I am a nerdy gamer.
