Richie Sambora has confirmed he has rekindled his romance with Denise Richards five years after they first became a couple. The Bon Jovi star first dated the actress in 2006, shortly after his marriage to Heather Locklear collapsed and Richards separated from her ex-husband Charlie Sheen. Rumours of a reconciliation have been rife in recent weeks, and the rocker has now admitted they are back together. When asked whether Sheen will be annoyed by the reunion, he adds, "No. He's a friend of mine. I haven't talked to him. I'm sure it'll be fine." Famous last words!!!!!

Noisecreep are reporting that BLACK SABBATH have sent out invites for an announcement ceremony, next Friday, November 11th. According to the invitation, all four original members – Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward – will all be on hand for the announcement. The private event will be hosted by HENRY ROLLINS, and will be held at the Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood, CA. According to rumours passed along to BraveWords.com, the godfathers of heavy metal will be teaming up with fellow UK metal gods JUDAS PRIEST and the legendary MOTÖRHEAD for a tour of North America in the spring, before Sabbath heads over to Europe for the summer festival season in June/July.  Stay tuned for further updates.

We received this recap of The Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund Awards Gala which took place on Tuesday (November 1) at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles to raise funds for its commitment to cancer prevention, research and education. Founded in memory of Ronnie James Dio, the world-renowned voice of Dio, Rainbow, Black Sabbath and Heaven & Hell who died of gastric cancer last year, the Dio Cancer Fund has already raised more than $500,000 in its short history. Wendy Dio, widow of the late singer and Fund Founder/President, and Gloria Butler, Chairman of the Board of the Ronnie James Dio Stand Up and Shout Cancer Fund, will present the Dio Cancer Fund's latest pledge to the T. J. Martell Foundation for Cancer, AIDS and Leukemia Research at their annual dinner in New York this week.
