FOO FIGHTERS - MONKEY WRENCH
Poor Dave Grohl. The Foo Fighters frontman just wanted to see Scissor Sisters, his new favourite band, at one of their tour stops. And he saw them, alright. A bit more than he wanted to, actually. Grohl appears in a new video for Scissor Sisters News in which he details how something traumatizing happened at the show. Apparently Scissor Sisters frontman Jake Shears took off his clothes, and was dancing around in his underwear when all of a sudden, Grohl got an eyeful: Shears' manhood was in his face. Amidst plenty of gagging and tears, Grohl says he tried to look away but was so upset he could not. He's suing the venue, Ticketmaster, Scissor Sisters' label, management company and wardrobe department for $75 million because of the lasting trauma, anxiety, chills, panic and bouts of explosive diarrhea he now suffers because of the incident. "Every time I go to bed, every time I blink my eyes, I still see Jake's nuts," he says. "Is $75 million going to erase that from my life? Probably not." Grohl says while he still enjoys the band, he just doesn't "want Jake's balls in my face." (Oh, in case you haven't figured it out by now, the whole thing's a joke.) Here's the video:
In a post to his Twitter profile, Mark Hoppus of Blink 182 confirmed that the reunited band have entered the studio to begin work on their next album. He said this: At the studio. Re-commencing the blink-182 album.....NOW! The eventual record will be the first full length from the band since 2003's Blink 182 which preceded their breakup. The guys tried to record a new album last year, but had trouble juggling their side projects AND creating a new blink album. So they spent last year tieing up loose ends and now they are ready to focus all their energy on new Blink 182!

ROB ZOMBIE - FEEL SO NUMB
For most of October, macabre musicians Alice Cooper and Rob Zombie are teaming up on the Halloween Hootenanny tour. The trek, which began on September 30, came after the two stars toured together on seven dates in the summer. Zombie recently said that he discovered one of Alice's dark secrets during their time together. "Here's the thing: he loves to shop, so he's always shopping. So every day he would show up at the gig with a new gift for me," Zombie said about the recent Rock and Roll Hall of Fame nominee. "First day he came back with a, it's a little pig that when you turn it on it rolls around on the floor laughing hysterically like it can't breathe. And then the next day he brought me a Vanilla Ice tour shirt, which I don't think he thought I would wear. So, of course, I wore it the next day to the meet-and-greet we did together just to prove a point."
