Its a New Rock Wednesday onj 94Xposed! I'll be debuting 2 brand new adds today to start and finish the show and 2 more tomorrow! I'll kick off the show today with a brand new tune from Rockers, Against Me!. The boys have just released a new single from their album White Crosses and Kev Cotter and I have dubbed this our favorite song on the album! It even Rivals "Thrash Unreal" as my all time favorite Against Me! song!
AGAINST ME - BECAUSE OF THE SHAME An infamous religious sect have set their sights on the Foo Fighters for their next hate campaign. The Westboro Baptist Church is well-known for its “God hates fags” billboards and protesting near the funerals of military personnel. Last year they enraged the rock community by staging a demonstration near the funeral of Ronnie James Dio. Now the church, led by Fred Phelps and those members of his family who haven’t disowned him, are planning to stage a protest outside the Foo Fighters’ concert in Kansas on September 16. It’s thought they were spurred into action after Dave Grohl and co released a spoof homo-erotic video called Hot Buns to promote the tour. I'm still waiting for these guys to try and set up a protest at a Slayer concert.
