It was this day 10 years ago, in 2000, that Elton John made headlines by throwing a temper tantrum and left a concert. He was riled up because the audience was slow at leaving a VIP dinner before hand, and was so pissed off, he left the venue, hopped on his private jet without playing a single note. Oh come on now Elton. How much did these VIP tickets cost these folks! Whether he was a jerk or not. He's still a damn legend.

Weezer's new track Memories is not only pretty killer, but they are now filming the video for it. They have a little bit of help, recruiting the Jackass stars! There will be stunts, skateboards, bikes, and more. River's says he's been married for a few months, and had been in school for a little while, so he had been away from the band and the rock world for a while. He told MTV he was really missing it, and the track Memories is about getting back into it. This song, with others, is on the album Hurley which will be released tomorrow in the states.

You know you're a pretty damn big deal when you can launch your own beer. Joe Elliott, singer of Def Leppard is putting his own beer out in Dublin next week, called “Down n' Outz”. It's off of his side project name, and will be a pilsner style beer that's deep , rich, and malty. It's brewed and bottled by Porterhouse. Elliott's comment on it is “ Over the years, I've noticed a lot of musicians putting their names to a variety of wines, which, as nice as a glass of red or white is, well, it's not very rock and roll is it”...He's pretty right.

After all of the drama and illness for Bret Michaels in 2010, here comes a reality show. Bret Micheal's “Life as I Know It” will debut on VH1 on October 18^th. The show follows his life, along with his two daughters, and their mother, who he has been on and off again with since the early 90's. Ohh dear. Some rough times for Rolling Stone's Ronnie Wood. If you're a Stones fan, you know he used to have quite an expensive drug habit...He's been to rehab 7 times in the past 30 years, But heres something even worse. He's recently admitted, he was so desperate and drugged out, he has smoked sugar in the past, believing it to be crack. Oh god. Stick to the sugar Ronnie.
