Evanescence have just released a video of their new single ‘What You Want’ off of their highly anticipated self-titled album, due Oct. 11. Apparently what Evanescence wanted to do was rock the Big Apple for their latest video. It begins with the band performing in what looks like a tiny warehouse in Brooklyn for about 200 lucky fans. There are many beautiful scenes of New York City throughout the video, including high angle external shots of the city. The night landscape of the city adds a dramatic effect that is fitting for the song. Grab the new self titled album Oct. 11
To celebrate today's release of Staind's new self-titled album, YouTube will be premiering the new documentary "The Making of Staind" at 12:00pm PST/EST today (August 13th) at www.youtube.com/music. The documentary reveals the tension within the group that nearly caused the break up of the band during the making of their new album. "It's painful for me to even watch," admits Staind singer Aaron Lewis. Shortly after the finishing the album, drummer Jon Wysocki departed the band. Check out the documentary for yourself! Its online and its free! Worth a watch for any fan of Staind!
