94XPOSED MONDAY MAY 16TH

1998, Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards fell while reaching for a book of nude art in his Connecticut home. The fall broke his ribs, causing the Stones to postpone many dates on their Bridges To Babylon tour. Of course here in Canada a book of nude art is known as porn....
ROLLING STONES - GIMME SHELTER
KISS - STRUTTER
KISS star Gene Simmons' daughter was involved in a four-car pile-up last week – but escaped from the wreck with just cuts and bruises. Sophie Simmons, aged 18, was sitting in traffic while driving her Dodge Charger when another car struck her from behind, shunting her into the vehicle ahead. She was wearing her seat-belt but the driver's airbag did not inflate so she hit her head on the steering wheel. She was taken to hospital for checks but later released in good spirits, and is expected to make a full recovery.

Sources close to the tour have indicated that Theory Of A Deadman, 10 Years, Greek Fire will be on the Carnival Of Madness tour. An official announcement is coming soon. We are currently trying to find more info about the headlining bands on the tour. Rumors have running rampant that either Staind or Shinedown will headline the tour however there has not been any concrete evidence to support those rumors.
SHINEDOWN - SOUND OF MADNESS
AEROSMITH - LAST CHILD
Contrary to comments by frontman and American Idol judge Steven Tyler it appears that Aerosmith will NOT be performing on the show's season finale. The Boston Herald reports Aerosmith representatives told the show's producers Friday night that it isn't going to happen. Sources close to the band told the Herald that the four other members of Aerosmith weren't interested in playing the gig, despite Steven Tyler's repeated pronouncements that the rockers would perform at the finale. While no official reason was given for taking a pass on the highly rated national TV gig, Joe Perry posted on his facebook page today (May16), "Not playing Idol cause we were never asked by producers. Brad has gig that night with Hendrix Exp. Its not logistically possible."

It’s exactly a year ago since the passing of a metal legend. Ronnie James Dio passed away with his wife and manager Wendy at his side on May 16 2010, but thankfully not before many had the chance to say their last goodbye’s – "Ronnie knew how much he was loved by everybody" said Wendy. Judging by the flood of tributes that poured in, she was right. Everyone who is anyone in the world of Rock n’ Roll stated how much they had been influenced by the great man and those who had the privilege to have met him or played with him had nothing but kind words Tony Iommi who played with Dio in Black Sabbath during, arguably, the bands greatest years and their re-incarnation Heaven & Hell said: "Ronnie was one of the nicest people you could ever meet; we had some fantastic times together. Ronnie loved what he did, making music and performing on stage. His music will live on forever" Lars Ulrich of Metallica posted a moving open letter on the web, stating that the man who invented "the horns" was responsible for him getting on the stage: "Ronnie, your voice impacted and empowered me, your music inspired and influenced me, and your kindness touched and moved me. Thank you." RIP RJD!!!
DIO - HOLY DIVER
