MARCY PLAYGROUND - SEX AND CANDY Times sure have changed in the music world! Now when you are a band, you know you have made it when your songs get released on Rock Band! Californian blues-rockers RIVAL SONS' song, 'Torture', is available now for the Rock Band video game on PS3. The track, which was made available on XBox 360 last year, can now be found on the Rock Band Network for both consoles, allowing players to rock out to the popular track on guitar, bass, drums and vocals. Rival Sons guitarist Scott Holiday comments: "It's great to have our song 'Torture' be included in the extensive Rock Band catalogue! I'm pretty interested to see what buttons you hit to get through my 'dying animal' guitar solo. We'll likely be putting it to test on the bus... right after we conquer Galaga, DigDug, and Dance Dance Revolution." --------------------------BREAK--------------------------
AC/DC fans now have a pinball machine to call their own! The AC/DC pinball machine features 12 classic AC/DC chart-toppers, such as “Back in Black,” “Highway to Hell” and “You Shook Me All Night Long.” Other features include two individual ramps, a pinball-shooting cannon, eight drop targets and cartoon animations of band members. Sound like something that’s purpose-made for your game room? The AC/DC pinball machine runs from $5,699 to $8,499, depending on the version. ww.sternpinball.com has the details!
AC/DC - THUNDERSTRUCK Travis Barker has inadvertently stepped into Tommy Lee territory. Photos showing the Blink-182 drummer's, ahem, drumstick have surfaced online, and TMZ reports that Barker's attorneys have already sent a cease and desist letter to a gossip website over the nude images. MediaTakeOut.com originally posted the photos yesterday without identifying the musician. (Text on the images directs viewers to visit the website "to find out which tatted rocker this is.") It didn't take long for Barker's tattoos to give him away — and for the pictures to start making the rounds online. The lesson here is keep your drum stick in its protective covering!!!! -----------------------------BREAK---------------------------- Jimmy Kimmel Live features Tom Arnold, Joyful Noise’s Keke Palmer, and music guests Filter.
