94XPOSED WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 19TH

Its another New Rock Wednesday on 94Xposed! Today I have 2 new tracks to debut for you! The Red Hot Chili Peppers Returned from a 5 year hiatus this year with a new album titled "I'm With You". The first single, "The Adventures Of Rain Dance Maggie" has already been retired on the X Top 20 after staying at #1 for 10 weeks. Now they are hoping their new single, "Monarchy Of Roses" will do the same! Here is the first spin of the new Chili's!

RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS - MONARCHY OF ROSES
PEARL JAM - AMONGST THE WAVES

Zombies are all the rage, especially with Halloween creeping closer and closer. Now, the guys of Pearl Jam are getting in on the delightfully gruesome trend, offering up a special, 2011 limited edition Limited Edition Zombie T-shirt, which features an illustration of Eddie Vedder and the guys utterly zombified on the front of the shirt and the “10 Club” moniker on the back side. Pearl Jam getting wacky and zombifying themselves on a T-shirt is yet another reason why this is one of the most enduring bands off the ‘90s. What better way to jump-start the spooky season? You may remember a few months back there was some controversy in Canadian Radio when a Dire Straights song that had been on the air for more than 20 years was deemed offensive and was pulled off the air. Well another complaint has come in! This time its a newer song, and this time the review committee shot the complaint down! Someone in Ottawa heard Buckcherry's Crazy Bitch back in March and complained that it was derogatory to all women and therefore should never be played again. Well The CBSC has given their take on the song today, and its all good news! They said, "After listening to the broadcast tape, we have determined, with all due respect for your opinion, that the Song does not breach any broadcasting codes administered by the CBSC." So lets excercise our democratic right to play Buckcherry on 94X!

BUCKCHERRY - CRAZY BITCH
THEORY OF A DEADMAN - LOWLIFE

Halloween is just around the corner and our friends at Noisecreep.com have taken the time to ask some of our fav rockers what their fav scary movie is! Tyler Connolly Vocalist/guitarist, Theory of a Deadman "'Poltergeist' is one of my favorite films. I first experienced this movie when I was young, so of course anything you see when you're a kid pretty much ruins you for eternity. The part where the guy slowly tears his own face apart in the mirror was the best part. Needless to say, I had some serious nightmares for a while. My family also lived in a big creepy house that always had phantom creaks and moans during the night, so that didn't help either. Halloween is my all-time favorite time of the year. Getting the s--- scared out me is like a drug!"
