FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH - BAD COMPANY

Five Finger Death Punch has set a record by having two albums certified Gold at the same time. The band simultaneously crossed the 500,000-sales mark for both their first album, The Way Of The Fist, and their second album, War Is The Answer. They are currently in the studio working on their third record. Meanwhile, 5FDP is fast approaching one million Facebook fans, and the band also announced that the first person to post a screen shot of Five Finger Death Punch’s Facebook page on 5FDP’s wall with one million Facebook fans will receive a Double-Gold plaque -- the very same one the band will receive for the achievement of having two gold albums. Furthermore, that fan will be thanked in the liner notes of the next album.

Steven Tyler shared a touching video call with a dying Aerosmith fan just hours before he passed away, reveals the hospice foundation who arranged the moment. Lawrence Ori, 62, was recently an end-of-life patient in Chicago during the last stages of his battle against progressive supranuclear palsy, a disease which causes the deterioration and death of parts of the brain. Speaking through a laptop in a private ward, Tyler spoke to the Ori family for a short time, thanking them for giving him the opportunity to make a contribution. The singer complimented Lawrence on his Aerosmith shirt and logo tattoo, and when told the fan's favourite track was Dream On, he delivered the title line in a comic voice for him. Lawrence, unable to speak, widened his eyes and made happy noises while the brief interview took place.
