GUNS AND ROSES - NIGHT TRAIN
KISS - STRUTTER

KISS' Paul Stanley has pulled back the curtain on the band's early forays into pyrotechnics, which were a lot more cavalier than the high-tech displays employed today. In an interview with Glen Shaefer at The Province, Stanley said: "We have the best people working with us. When we first started doing it, it was crude to say the least. There were no licensed pyrotechnicians. You had some guy who liked to blow stuff up and you put him on salary." Stanley says the production values have come a long way since then, with the show “mutating” rather than evolving or progressing. “Do we blow stuff up? Hell yeah. Do we play real loud? Hell yeah. That's what we do, we entertain. We're a killer rock band that prides itself on being entertainers.” Watch the guys destroy the CN Centre Wednesday night! Win your way in right here on 94X!!!

NIRVANA - BREED
BUSH - EVERYTHING ZEN

Here's something that ought to hit you like something weighing sixteen stone (224 pounds) flying at 100 kilometres an hour: Bush are back. The '90s post-grunge band already announced they were going to reunite last year, when they said they would play their first show in eight years at Fontana, Calif.'s Epicenter Music Festival in September. Then, they also said they were going to release a new album called Everything Always Now. But things have slightly changed, and now the LP's called The Sea Of Memories, and is coming out in September. "All My Life," a track from it, is also available for download at EA.com. And guess what! There'll be even more new Bush music to come when NHL 12, which will be playable on Sony PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, hits stores Sept. 13. An unnamed new Bush tune will be featured on its soundtrack.
