AC/DC – HELLS BELLS
SUM 41 - WE’RE ALL TO BLAME
Even Sum 41's Driver is drunk! According to a series of tweets on the band's Twitter, it appears their driver was boozing it up before getting behind the wheel and then drove off the road. Fortunately, nobody was injured. "So our bus driver was drunk," the band wrote on Sunday (June 27) morning. "We are at the side of the road. This tweet is not a joke. Trying to get to Ventura for warped tour." The band quickly followed the initial post with more information in several separate Tweets: Tweet 1: "Recap. Our bus driver ran off the road. He was drunk. Deryck [Whibley, vocals/guitar] tried to fight him." Tweet 2: "New bus driver came and met us at the side of the road....He seems more sober." Tweet 3: "No doubt we like to drink. Its well documented. But this fucking idiot did it while driving!" Tweet 4: "What an idiot! We could have been killed! Fuck this guy. Never working for us again!" Thankfully, Sum 41 made it to Sunday's Warped Tour appearance in Ventura, Calif. uninjured. The band will spend most of the summer on the Warped Tour, but are expected to release a new studio album later this year. The album will be the band's first studio effort since 2007's Underclass Hero, and the band are shooting its cover in the California desert on Monday.

Slipknot have yet to decide whether or not to continue as a band following the death of bandmate Paul Gray because recording and performing again without the bassist is almost unthinkable. Guitarist Jim Root insists the group needs time to grieve before even contemplating continuing to make music together. He says, "There's going to be a big healing process that needs to happen before we even think about whether or not Slipknot will continue. And right now that's the furthest thing from our mind." Its kinda weird to think that Slipknot may never play together ever again. Those guys have been shocking the world since I was in highschool and it would be a tragedy to lose the band after they lost a bassist.
